JPA Workforce - San Antonio is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st shift 8am - 5pm, Order Picker position. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, safety-conscious, and able to accurately select and prepare items for shipment.
What you'll do:
- Pick and pull tires from warehouse inventory based on order sheets or RF scanners.
- Accurately stage and prepare orders for shipping.
- Ensure correct quantity and product selection.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
- Pushing / Pulling
- Hot Environments
- Climbing (Ladders / Scaffolding)
- Extreme heights
- Ability to lift and carry tires
