JPA Workforce - San Antonio is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st shift 8am - 5pm, Order Picker position. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, safety-conscious, and able to accurately select and prepare items for shipment.

What you'll do:

  • Pick and pull tires from warehouse inventory based on order sheets or RF scanners.
  • Accurately stage and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Ensure correct quantity and product selection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow company safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

  • Heavy Lifting (50+ lbs)
  • Standing / Walking
  • Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
  • Pushing / Pulling
  • Hot Environments
  • Climbing (Ladders / Scaffolding)
  • Extreme heights
  • Ability to lift and carry tires

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and reliability to meet shift schedules.
