JPA Workforce is working to fill a 1st Shift, Construction Cleanup position in Celina, TX.
The pay rate is $18.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT LASTING 1-3 DAYS.
Description:
The 1st Shift Final Cleanup Associate position with JPA Workforce is an entry-level role focused on final cleaning (top to bottom) and preparing work areas at the end of construction projects. Team members help maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment and ensure the facility meets company cleanliness standards.
What you'll do:
- Cleaning production areas, restrooms, equipment, and workstations.
- Removing trash, debris, and leftover materials.
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces.
- Cleaning restrooms, windows, mirrors, etc.
- Organizing tools, supplies, and materials.
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assisting team members with general labor tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Using basic cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
- Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Must wear required PPE including steel toe shoes.
Education: No formal education required.

- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Pushing / Pulling,PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust),Climbing (Ladders / Scaffolding)
