We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Property Associate to join our team and support the daily operations of our commercial property in Sugar Land, TX.
This role involves property inspections, tenant coordination, lease and rent management, minor maintenance tasks, and supporting leasing efforts.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable interacting with tenants and vendors alike.
Description:
The Facility Lead is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role leads on-site activities, coordinates maintenance and vendors, and supports operational efficiency while delivering a high standard of service.
What you'll do:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Coordinate and perform routine inspections of the facility and equipment
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Supervise and support on-site staff, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Assist with facility projects, including relocations, renovations, and space planning
- Must have hand tool usage knowledge for basic maintenance and repair throughout the facility
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; place orders as needed
- Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Support cross-functional teams and assist with special projects as needed
- Manage janitorial Duties for building cleanliness and appearance
- Assist sales and marketing teams by conducting client tours and promoting the property.

Experience: 24 months
2–5+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management, Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Must have hand tool usage knowledge for basic maintenance and repair throughout the facility(s), Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering design based on floor plans for tenant improvements and submission documents for city and life and safety requirements., Must have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and etc., Experience coordinating vendors and contractors, Strong communication and leadership skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software, BilingualPhysical:
