JPA Workforce is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift 5:30 AM – 2 PM, Packaging Associate position in Carrollton, TX. The pay rate is $12.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for general warehouse duties in a packaging environment.
The role involves handling, organizing, and preparing packaging products such as cardboard, boxes, bags, and other packaging materials.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
What you'll do:
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, sorting, and organizing packaging products.
- Handle and move inventory safely within the warehouse.
- Assist with preparing products for distribution and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals.
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Pushing / Pulling,Hot Environments,Manual Dexterity
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently independently and in a team.,Attention to detail to ensure proper handling of products.,Basic time management and organizational skills.,Awareness of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
