Inbound Customer Service Representative

JPA Workforce is assisting a stone manufacturing warehouse client in their search to fill a 1st shift Customer service position.

This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Customer service representative to support daily operations.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

What you'll do:

• Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services.
• Handle and resolve general questions, feedback, or complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Resolve customers' service or billing questions by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details.

Education: High School
