JPA Workforce - Dallas is working to fill a 1st Shift, Final Cleanup position in Forney, TX. The pay rate is $18.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Description:

The 1st Shift Final Cleanup Associate position with JPA Workforce in Forney is an entry-level role focused on cleaning and preparing work areas at the end of or construction projects. Team members help maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment and ensure the facility meets company cleanliness standards.

What you'll do:

• Cleaning production areas, equipment, and workstations
• Removing trash, debris, and leftover materials
• Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces
• Organizing tools, supplies, and materials
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assisting team members with general labor tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Using basic cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, lifting, reaching, and stooping
• Lifting up to 25–50 pounds occasionally
• Working in a non climate controlled environment
• Repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely around equipment and machinery
• Wearing required safety gear such as gloves, goggles, or steel-toe boots if required
• able to use cleaning chemicals
