JPA Workforce - Dallas is working to fill a Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, Customer Service Representative position in Carrollton, TX. The pay rate is $21.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

Customer Service Representative for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting daily business operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • * Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
  • * Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
  • * Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, sales, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • * Provide product, pricing, and service information to customers.
  • * Track and follow up on open orders, shipments, and customer requests.
  • * Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • * Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • * Support team goals and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience:

* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience., * Experience in order entry, order management, or account support preferred., * Experience working in a fast-paced office, distribution, or manufacturing environment is a plus., * Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical:

  • * Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • * Frequent use of a computer, telephone, and office equipment.
  • * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone.
  • * Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • * Ability to perform repetitive keyboarding and data entry tasks.
  • * Ability to move throughout the office as needed.
