JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a Mon-Thurs 5:30pm to 4pm, Molding Press Operator position in Grand Prairie, TX. The pay rate is $17.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

The Molding Operator will assist in operating molding equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting production processes to ensure products meet company standards.

What you'll do:

• Operate molding machines and related production equipment according to established procedures.
• Load materials into machines and remove finished products from molds.
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and consistency.
• Trim excess material and perform basic finishing tasks as needed.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any malfunctions or production issues.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with other production and general labor tasks as assigned.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 24 months

Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience as well as injection molding, printing press, cnc machine op, mill or other machinery

Physical:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach frequently.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to maintain productivity during a 10-hour shift.

Related Experience: Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful as well as other type of machine operation, Experience working with hand tools or production equipment is a plus., Experience following safety procedures and quality standards is beneficial.
