Cherry Picker Operator

JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 1:30PM - FINISH MON-SAT, Cherry Picker Operator position in Mansfield, TX. The pay rate is $14.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

This entry-level position supports order fulfillment, inventory movement, and warehouse operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Training may be provided for qualified candidates with limited experience.

What you'll do:

• Operate a cherry picker/order picker to locate and retrieve inventory from elevated storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product quantities and item numbers.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishment activities.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Education: No formal education required.

Physical:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to work at heights while operating a cherry picker.
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to climb on and off warehouse equipment safely.
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
