JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st SHIFT MON-FRI 8AM TO 4PM, Field Marketing Representative position in Arlington, TX. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and Field Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and are excited to grow their skills in sales and marketing. You’ll be working face-to-face with potential customers, making outbound calls, and setting appointments that lead to successful sales. If you're goal-driven and love a challenge, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door field marketing to promote services and generate interest
• Make outbound phone calls to reach potential clients and create leads
• Set appointments with potential customers for follow-up sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of our products/services
• Track daily activities and provide updates to your supervisor
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly manner

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 12 months

Some type of sales experience — training will be provided, Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply!

Physical:

• Must be able to walk for extended periods while going door-to-door
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• May require standing for long periods during outreach
• Must be able to drive and have valid drivers license

Skills:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic organizational and time management skills

Related Experience: Customer service, Retail sales, Telemarketing or call center experience, Canvassing or street team promotions, Hospitality or food service
