JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift, Warehouse Associate position in Dallas, TX. The pay rate is $12.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations by picking and packing women’s apparel items. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse inventory.
• Verify item quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Label packages and prepare them for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.

Physical:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (entire shift).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move light to moderate items.
• Repetitive bending, reaching, and hand movements.
• Comfortable working on feet all day.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality.
