JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st & 2nd Shift, Molder position in Grand Prairie, TX. The pay rate is $15.00 to $17.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Molders and Sand Blasters to join a manufacturing company that fabricates molds for the oil and gas industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and growth potential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have prior experience in similar settings.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare molds and metal components.
• Assist in mold fabrication and finishing processes.
• Handle and move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Support team members and supervisors with daily production tasks.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience required.

Physical:

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
