JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift 5AM until finish, Warehouse Laborer position in Mansfield, TX. The pay rate is $14.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Laborers to assist with loading and unloading tires in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tires from trucks, pallets, and storage racks.
• Move, stack, and organize tires in the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required., Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently.

Physical:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy tires consistently throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment safely.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and reliability to meet shift schedules.
