JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a MON-THUR 6AM-4:30PM , Press Operator position in Arlington, TX. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable Press Operator. This is a full-time position operating a heavy press machine used to mold rubber products. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires long periods of standing physical labor.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a heavy press machine to mold rubber materials.
  • Sort and count finished products accurately.
  • Follow verbal instructions and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring strong hand-eye coordination.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Experience is preferred, but not required.

Physical:

  • Stand and remain active for 10-11 hours per shift.
  • Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.

Skills:

  • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
