Clamp Driver

JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 2nd Shift 3PM-FINISH, Clamp Driver position in Roanoke, TX. The pay rate is $19.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable Clamp Drivers to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating clamp/forklift equipment as well as performing general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks, shrink wrapping, and scanning products for shipping and receiving. Candidates must be bilingual and able to pass required equipment testing. This is a hands-on position requiring efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate clamp/forklift equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Shrink wrap products for storage and shipment.
• Scan products for shipping and receiving using RF scanners.
• Perform picking and packing duties.
• Complete general warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

Physical:

• Ability to stand and work for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as scanning, wrapping, and packing.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Skills:

• Bilingual (required).
• Ability to operate clamp/forklift equipment (testing required).
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic communication skills.
