JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift 8:30AM – 4:30PM, Machine Operator position in Grand Prairie, TX. The pay rate is $16.00 to $17.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

The Machine Operator is an entry-level position responsible for supporting production operations within a warehouse environment. This role focuses on safely operating equipment, assisting with product preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in production areas.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 3-roll mill and mixing equipment.
• Assist with labeling and preparing products for shipment.
• Clean mills, mixers, and production/work areas.
• Help organize and store inventory.
• Support general production and warehouse tasks as needed.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

Entry-level; no prior experience required., Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus.

Physical:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Comfortable working around machinery and in a production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning, labeling, and stocking.

Skills:

• Basic computer skills for operating programs.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with color matching and mixing.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
