JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 1st Shift 8:30AM-5PM, Material Handler position in Fort Worth, TX. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler / Stocker to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for stocking materials, moving inventory, organizing products, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, available for overtime and Saturdays, and able to meet productivity and safety standards.
What you'll do:
- Load, unload, move, and stock materials throughout the warehouse.
- Organize inventory and replenish stock as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and staging products.
- Maintain accurate inventory handling and product organization.
- Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Work overtime and Saturdays as required.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks.

Job Description:
Buscamos un Operador de Materiales / Repositor confiable y trabajador para apoyar las operaciones diarias del almacén en un entorno de distribución de ritmo acelerado. Esta posición es responsable de reabastecer materiales, mover inventario, organizar productos y mantener un espacio de trabajo seguro y eficiente. Los candidatos deben ser flexibles con el horario, disponibles para horas extras y sábados, y capaces de cumplir con los estándares de productividad y seguridad.
Responsibilities:
- Cargar, descargar, mover y reabastecer materiales en todo el almacén.
- Organizar inventario y reponer existencias según sea necesario.
- Operar equipos de almacén como transpaletas de manera segura y eficiente.
- Ayudar con la recepción, almacenamiento y preparación de productos.
- Mantener un manejo preciso del inventario y organización de productos.
- Inspeccionar materiales en busca de daños o discrepancias.
- Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad del almacén y las políticas de la empresa.
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.
- Ayudar con tareas generales del almacén según se asignen.
- Realizar levantamiento, flexión, estar de pie y caminar repetitivamente durante el turno.

Physical:
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 70 lbs de manera constante.
- Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, flexionar, torcer y alcanzar durante períodos prolongados.
