JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 1st Shift 6:00 AM – Until Finish, Warehouse Associate position in Duncanville, TX. The pay rate is $12.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
JPA Workforce is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Duncanville, TX. This role involves general warehouse duties, including packing and handling cardboard boxes of various sizes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
What you'll do:
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Pack cardboard products (boxes of various sizes) accurately and efficiently.
- Stack, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety policies and operational procedures at all times.
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required., On-the-job training provided., Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.Physical:
- Ability to consistently lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and stacking.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good time management and ability to meet production goals.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
