JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift, Picker/Packer position in Roanoke, TX. The pay rate is $16.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.

Job Description:

We are seeking temporary Warehouse Associates focused on picking and packing operations. This role involves using RF scanners to accurately process orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities:

• Pick products from inventory using an RF scanner.
• Accurately pack items for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and quantities
• Label and prepare packages for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred., Experience using RF scanners is a plus.

Physical:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Ability to use RF scanners or handheld devices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good time management skills.
