JPA Workforce - Arlington is working with a client in their search to fill a 1st Shift 7AM – 4PM, Warehouse Supervisor position in Carrollton, TX. The pay rate is $25.00 to $26.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Carrollton, TX. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment while leading a team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates and ensure productivity goals are met.
• Maintain a strong presence on the warehouse floor and lead by example.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of incoming and outgoing orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
• Verify all shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding workflow and issues.

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required., Prior supervisory or team lead experience required., Experience managing small teams is a plus.

Physical:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.

Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and orders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
