JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 8AM - FINISH, Construction Cleaning Supervisor position in Arlington, TX. The pay rate is $20.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple crews and ensure construction cleaning projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing personnel, coordinating job sites, and maintaining client satisfaction. Project locations vary based on business needs, and reliable transportation is required.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and coordinate construction cleaning operations across assigned job sites.
• Manage Team Leads and cleaning crews to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor daily work activities.
• Conduct routine site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to client specifications.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Leads and crew members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Address employee performance concerns and provide corrective guidance when necessary.
• Communicate project updates, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning as needed.
• Respond to client requests and resolve job-site issues professionally.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties when operationally necessary.
• Travel between project locations as assigned.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 12 months

Minimum 1-2 years of construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial, or related experience preferred., Previous leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience strongly preferred., Experience working on active construction sites is a plus.

Physical:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.,Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.,Ability to work in active construction environments.,Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks as needed.,Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.,Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate PPE.,Ability to travel between multiple project locations throughout the workweek.
