JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 1st shift 5:00AM - 1:30PM, Order Picker position in Mansfield, TX. The pay rate is $14.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Description:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, safety-conscious, and able to accurately select and prepare items for shipment.

What you'll do:

  • Pick and pull tires from warehouse inventory based on order sheets or RF scanners.
  • Accurately stage and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Ensure correct quantity and product selection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow company safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Prior warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required., Ability to perform physical tasks safely and consistently.

Physical:

  • Ability to lift and carry tires throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment safely.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management and reliability to meet shift schedules.
