JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 1st Shift, Picker position in Grand Prairie, TX. The pay rate is $16.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.
Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker (Ride EPJ) to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately selecting customer orders using a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ) and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining high accuracy standards.
What you'll do:
- Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently
- Pick customer orders accurately according to pick sheets or warehouse management systems
- Transport products throughout the warehouse for order fulfillment
- Build and organize pallets for shipment
- Verify product quantities and item accuracy
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Previous warehouse or order-picking experience., Experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ).
Physical:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts,Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds,Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist throughout the workday,Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods,Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures,Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards

Job Description:
Buscamos un Picker confiable y detallista (Ride EPJ) para unirse a nuestro equipo de almacén. Esta posición es responsable de seleccionar con precisión los pedidos de los clientes utilizando un transpaleta eléctrica de conducción (EPJ) y preparar los productos para su envío. El candidato ideal es enfocado en la seguridad, eficiente y capaz de trabajar en un entorno de distribución de ritmo rápido manteniendo altos estándares de precisión.
Responsibilities:
- Operar de manera segura y eficiente un transpaleta eléctrica de conducción (EPJ)
- Seleccionar con precisión los pedidos de los clientes según las hojas de selección o sistemas de gestión de almacenes
- Transportar productos por todo el almacén para el cumplimiento de pedidos
- Construir y organizar pallets para el envío
- Verificar cantidades de productos y precisión de los artículos
- Ayudar en la organización del inventario y reposición de stock
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro
- Seguir todas las políticas de seguridad de la empresa y procedimientos del almacén
