JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a Mon–Wed, 5:30 AM–5:00 PM; Thur, 5:30 AM–12:30 PM, Injection Operator position in Arlington, TX. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
The Injection Department Technician is responsible for painting, reclaiming, and finishing rubber parts to meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do:
- Paint and finish rubber components according to specifications.
- Reclaim and rework rubber parts as needed.
- Inspect products for defects and quality compliance.
- Perform detailed handwork requiring precision and consistency.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Maintain production goals and quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift.,Frequent use of hands and arms for detailed tasks.,Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.,Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.,Heavy or light manual work depending on assigned tasks.,Good visual acuity for inspecting and finishing products.
Skills:
