JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a Mon-Wed 5am to 5pm & Thurs 5am to 12pm, Trimmer position in Arlington, TX. The pay rate is $14.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
Description:
The Trimmer is responsible for inspecting, trimming, finishing, and preparing products according to quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
What you'll do:
- Trim excess material from finished products using hand tools or trimming equipment.
- Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Follow production specifications and work instructions.
- Sort, stack, package, and prepare products for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist machine operators and production team members as needed.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience:
No experience required., Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided., Candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.Physical:
