JPA Workforce - Arlington is working to fill a 1st Shift, Heavy Lifter position in Grand Prairie, TX. The pay rate is $15.00 HOURLY. This position is entry-level. No experience is necessary.
Description:
Texas Wholesale is seeking a dependable and hardworking Heavy Lifter to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling, moving, loading, and organizing inventory in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining efficient warehouse operations while supporting exceptional service to customers and business partners.
What you'll do:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles
- Lift, carry, move, and stack products safely and efficiently
- Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Work with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Education: No formal education required.
Physical:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50-100 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to push and pull loaded carts, pallets, or merchandise
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and effectively
- Must be able to handle continuous physical activity throughout the workday

Job Description:
Texas Wholesale busca un Cargador Pesado confiable y trabajador para apoyar las operaciones del almacén. Este rol es responsable de manipular, mover, cargar y organizar inventario en un entorno de distribución de ritmo acelerado. El candidato ideal es físicamente capaz, consciente de la seguridad y comprometido con mantener operaciones eficientes en el almacén, brindando un servicio excepcional a clientes y socios comerciales.
Responsibilities:
- Cargar y descargar mercancía de camiones y vehículos de entrega
- Levantar, transportar, mover y apilar productos de manera segura y eficiente
- Organizar inventario y mantener la limpieza del almacén
- Ayudar con la recepción, clasificación y preparación de pedidos para envío
- Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y las directrices del almacén
- Trabajar con los miembros del equipo del almacén para cumplir con los objetivos diarios de productividad
